On Sunday 13 July Ian Simmonds has arranged a great drive covering approximately 75 miles and traversing the Yorkshire Dales with a visit to the Tan Hill Inn (DL11 6ED) the highest pub in Britain.
Detailed route instructions will be provided with supporting ‘tulip’ diagrams.
We will meet for breakfast / coffee at Hamish’s Kitchen, Blacko (BB9 6NG) at 9am and depart at 10am.
Lunch is booked at The Fat Lamb, Kirkby Stephen (CA17 4LL) for 1:30pm where we will enjoy a two-course menu for £23.95 per head.
The Fat Lamb is a famous motoring themed venue and well worth a visit. We have had lunch here a couple of times over recent years, and the 993 Register had a WOTY here a couple of years ago
Anyone interested should contact ianr.simmonds@gmail.com confirming driver and navigator ASAP.
Menus for pre-booking breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Ian will require menus choices by Friday 4 July.
