Door Handles

My external door handles have worn out their original finish, they are a lighter shade of grey.
Was the original finish satin black, and if so were they powder coated? Would like to get them sorted, but having seen the cost of new ones!!![

] I am looking for a refurb treatment.

Was that door or fork handles Geoff? Mine are in a similar condition.
