I have just tried to book some tickets using the promotion code for the historic festival and it would seem this no longer works so does anyone have a different code to try

Cheers

Lee (York)

Hi Lee think you've probably left it too late to use the discount code, not sure their are any other codes available

Steve

Hi Lee,
Purely Porsche had a discount code but I think it also finished Friday PORUKDHF12 Give it a try. We've got our tickets and camping, so hope to see you all there.
Nick

Mark,
Would be brilliant if you still have that infield pass or know anyone else who has a spare. I have just booked a standard ticket for the event next Sunday but too late for the promotion code. I will be travelling down from Sheffield so could meet you at the M1 services where I think others are meeting up??
Thanks
Simon

Simon, sadly someone else had the infield pass, I did have another but I think that got passed on too.

Can you guess what this means [:D]

A really big thanks to Des, Nick and Andy from RPM for finishing her off, and Andy from APM who came and put the finishing touches on. Des was an absolute star today, when I arrived he had already washed and clayed her, just leaving the paint cleaning and a couple of coats of wax. Drove her home and it blooming started raining so had to make a dash for it, but she drove beautifully at her new ride height and after a full geometry check.

It had better be dry tomorrow.

Mark,
She looks absolutely bloody gorgeous! Wish I was there to see her tomorrow.

PS. Raining in Frogland.

Thanks, but at least you will be munching, Croissant, Pan-O-Chocolat, Pan-O-Raison, French Stick cheese and great wine, yummy!

Wow, think we are gonna have a 'paint off' folks, whos cars will be the shiniest, Dougs or Marks? Looking forward to seeing both of them in the flesh after their respective refurbs, oh and the weathers looking good too, dry but cold.....[;)]

I can confirm that Doug's looks stunning having helped him wax it, and after it passed me on the way home Wednesday night it also sounds just glorious [8D]

Just had a call from Lisa. Home safe and sound. Thanks to all the R7 members for looking after her.

Yeah, thanks guys, especially Chris and Steve, my chaperones for the day. Great event, impressive turnout for PCGB. Here's a link to a video of the car clubs setting off for the parade lap (look out for PCGB around 3 minutes in, lead by our one and only John Bushby) and to my pics.

We had a good day out, pretty much sat still watching the racing and munching. Despite expecting it to be cold, cloudy and possibly rainy I managed to get sun burnt, doh!

The car was blooming filthy, but that gave me an opportunity to give it another wash this morning, now I have to go play with lego.

Great day out we thought and sunburn to prove it. Good company and a really good turnout for Tibshelf. Also great pics as usual Lisa, especially image No 9. Thanks for including us even though we didn't figure on the shineometer! Next time?

Thanks also to East Midlands for the parking arrangements - hope we didn't displace too many locals!

Paul.

Excellent day out, good racing/ weather/ company but I didn't manage to better my lap time on the parade lap, close tho [:D]
