I picked my new Cayman S up on 1st March and very happy with it and it is a fantastic piece of engineering. However, once it was unveiled in the showroom, I noticed some damage to the passenger leather seat on the side close to the headrest. (see attached image) The Sales Manager has agreed to replace the seat back rather than repair or should I insist the whole seat be replaced? I am a little concerned as I don't want further issues with electrics etc. I'm slightly disappointed with this as I have waited 9 months for the car and it has sat at the dealership for 2 weeks and not been picked up. Has anyone else experienced a similar scenario with damage on collection of a new vehicle?
