Cup Holder

I know this seems (and is) a slight issue. But I use my S2 mostly for long European jaunts involving often early mornings - This coupled with my absolute requirement for coffee means if there is a good answer to cup holders in a 944 I'd be really grateful to know if anyone has something that works that they'd recommend.

On a more serious note, lol! There's a version of the oddments tray that was standard fitment before the armrest/flimsy hinge option, that has a can holder in it. Might work, but it's not going to be very deep so not ideal.

Many thanks for suggestions. Will have a look and pick one. Suspect will be the one from only 944 as console one doesn't look deep enough and the other one seems a little intrusive but will have a look. Thanks, Robin

The one in the link I posted up very very handy. You can remove it at any time, its deep and rigid and can take to cups and other stuff. Well worth it imho.

I like that as a solution very much. It is simple (and when you see it obvious) as all good designs should be. As much as I like it it wouldn't work on Beaky though as he has shell seats. A great solution otherwise. The arm rest solution, IMHO, is just plain stupid - let's put a large receptacle containting a hot brown sticky stain in a shalow tray exactly where your elbow is when you change gear. Duh!

Now that I like. And would probably work in Beaky. I think, if it became that important to me, I would get a piece of deep aluminium angle (because a have a piece in my shediary - somewhere) and a gutter down pipe bracket and make something.
