Constant velocity joint Belville washer.

Can anyone help?
I am looking for a Belville washer (1 off) for my 1970 911T, that fits over the driveshaft splines. This concave/convex washer acts as
a spring stop for the CV joint. I have tried to buy one on the internet but without success.
If anyone has one please can you let me know.
