Concour stands and shirts

I've just looked at the concours stand I brought home last night and I have to say that in the cold light of day it looks more impressive than ever - STUNNING, in fact.

Then I took a close look at my shirt...ditto the above - I'll wear mine with pride!

Fantastic work Karl and Maria!

If they don't get us the "best display of cars manufactured by a company based in southern Germany with a tendency to place it's engines at the wrong end" award at the Nettle Eating Fayre and the Dorset Knob Throwing events...it's a fix!

Worthy praise indeed, and Chris forgot to mention the concour trophy designs also done by Karl.
Thanks again Karl and Maria.
I think the standard (no pun intended) of member involvement has been raised beyond reach, now there's a challange.[;)]

We'll accept a day of Sunshine on Sunday as full payment[;)]

We have a great region with a committee that puts in a lot of time & effort , we're both glad to help keep it that way (along with quite a few others)

Nope, I'm going to add praise... the stands are stood up by the back door here, and a couple of times I have paused to smile at them as I go in or out... and the shirt hasn't made it to a cupboard, still out "fer lookin' at" a little bit longer![:)]

Really outstanding effort by you both.

OK the shirts fit but the stands are a tight squeeze in 911's so a few inches are being lopped off by Karl before Sherbourne event.

Being a Portlander all messages are true and should be carved in stone. We have a great region with great people and great cars . Thanks Cris for coming to Chickerell hoped you enjoyed the day,a figure of approx £700 was raised and 2500 people approx came to the show

It was a pleasure Paul - thanks for the invite. Great cars, great company and excellent weather - what's not to like? And I think we might have drummed up a few more potential members - enthusiasts are always drawn to exotica and a pair of stunning 911's were a definite draw.

We were planning on going but unfortunately our Audi had different ideas, so we cycled to Poole park instead.
