Dear All

Some of you may have already seen my post on the WhatsApp group regarding this coming Saturday's meeting. As a few of us have planned to take part in the London Landmarks event on Sunday (a very, very early start) I decided I wouldn't organise a breakfast meet prior to our meeting at Sywell.

However, if you fancy a drive over to Bicester Heritage the Wriggly Monkey will be screening LeMans 24hr live, will be open until midnight, and are happy to accommodate us. The plan is to leave Sywell at 12:30pm latest, which should provide plenty of time to get over, grab a seat and set ourselves up for the foreseeable!

Please can you let me know if you would like to come along, I need to let staff know how many people to expect.

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday...fingers crossed for sunshine [:)]

Best wishes
Sue

PS Please don't park outside the hotel building - this is for paying guests staying over.

Hi Sue,

Can we use the hotel’s rear car park or should we use only the adjacent public parking area at Sywell?

Hi Jeff

We will be using the rear car park, plenty of space too.

Best wishes
Sue

Dave,

I think that it’s supposed to kick-off at about 11.30 … but the car park always seems to be nearly full when I arrive at that time! ??

Great, thanks for that. i'll get there a bit earlier then.
First time I've been along as my car has only just been finished.
Looking forward to meeting some of you on Saturday!

Many thanks,
Dave

Hi Sue,

Sadly, I may struggle to get to Sywell for the morning, but hope to get across to Bicester Heritage a little later so hopefully see you there.

Kind regards

Mike
