Cibie Pallas light cover straps

I have Cibie Pallas light covers on my early 911. Unfortunately the rubber straps are beginning to perish after over 15 years on the car. Although the complete covers are available, the rubber straps are not available on their own. Strap length is 14 inches, I have found a company which makes straps but not that length and to have a mould made is prohibitively expensive. Any suggestions please.DSCN3436.JPG
 
Thanks Nick, already tried Retro UK and they dont sell the straps. I think that the parts that I have originated in the USA as I got them from Pelican Parts, but they dont stock them any more. I`m now going down the line of making something up my self if I dont hear of a supplier.
