Christmas Bash Weekend and end of year party!

PCGB Member

Our region Christmas bash will take place on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd of December at The Royal Lodge hotel in Symonds Yat.

We have booked the whole hotel exclusively for Porsche Club (so I need your support) and a full weekend of fun is planned. PDF files with more details are available (email, a menu for the Saturday and a booking form.

The Saturday will start with a short drive before arriving at the hotel for welcome drinks and home made mince pies. You then will have time to relax before the evening dinner and party. Our evening party takes place in the hotel, will include dinner with wine, then entertainment and live music until the early hours. And the bar will stay open"¦"¦

Rooms at The Royal Lodge are all en-suite and nearly all have wonderful views over the River Wye. The hotel is owned by Porsche Club members so they will no doubt join in with the fun. We have a special rate for the rooms.

Sunday morning will begin with a late full breakfast. You can then take a stroll along the river or maybe climb the rock. Late morning we will leave for short drive to view a private collection of Porsche road and race cars.

The whole weekend package is £60.00 per person. Dinner and the party on the Saturday can also be booked on its own for £35.00 per person. There will be lots going on and some surprises for those attending.

To book please return the booking form by email as soon as possible and then forward your payment in full. Bookings will be confirmed and full details of the weekend will be sent to you nearer the time.

The booking form can be completed with Acrobat Reader which most of you have. It can be sent direct by email, printed and saved to your pc. If you have any problems just print it out and complete but please confirm your booking by email also. I can also send the booking form to you in the post.

Look forward to seeing lots of you at the event.
