Hi Guys,
This seems too good to be true. Experience tell me that if something seems too good to be true, then it probably is! However, it may be woth taking a look at this, and drawing your own conclusions. The principle seems to be workable, although I think that there may be too many people / agencies / gov. with a vested interest in making damned sure it doesn't get off the ground.

Pity their website doesn't give any addresses, as yet (and they did explain why), so I can at least go looking for it. Mind you, chances are it won't reach the Metropolis, as we are all too wealthy down here !

I remember cheap ICI petrol in the North-East, when I lived up there, but, as a poor student, didn't have a car (didn't need one, my friends had cars) - this never expanded beyond the region - transport costs ?
