Cayman S depreciation - very depressing

Just checked the What Car? depreciation index site to see what the forecasted depreciation on the Cayman S is and it doesn't make pleasant reading. Here are the results:

Porsche Cayman Coupe 3.4 S 2dr
Cost new: £44,080
Year 1: £35,151
Year 2: £29,734
Year 3: £26,900
Year 4: £24,224

Assuming you get next to nothing back for options, those are very worrying figures for years 1 and 2.
