Hi all
I’m after a bit of pre-purchase advice please on a 2006 Cayenne, the car we have seen is in very nice order overall with low miles for the year and a good service record but there’s seems to be quite a lot of rust on the car, particularly the front wings and rear wheel arch areas.
Is this the norm or should we keep looking?
The car is well priced and I would be happy to get the areas treated and repainted as i know an excellent Bodyshop locally who are confident in removing/cutting out and rust areas and repainting but there are also some advisories on previous MOT’s for surface corrosion to underside components and outer sill areas although it’s never failed for this.
thoughts and opinions appreciated, I don’t want to end up buying a car thats needing Extensive welding for future MOTs
