Carrera 3.2 Targa roof vinyl paint/dye

Hi,
Can anyone please recommend a paint or dye for my vinyl targa top. It was fine whilst stored indoors but it came back from a lengthy repair job having been left outside. It looks dirty with small dobs like dried dirty water. In fact I think the colour has just gone and it needs a nice refresh.
