Anyone having bother uploading pictures, the easiest way I found to do it is just convert your JPEG or other format to a PDF, brings the resolution down and allows it to post, Apple computing I use, not sure about P.C.
After previously having 4 Boxsters from 2005 onwards, I decided to 'scratch the 911 itch' in 2016 and get one of the new 991.2 Carrera 4 models, which I quickly upgraded to a 991.2 Targa 4S. Although I really loved the driving of these cars, circumstances surrounding its 'lack of' use made me decide to revert back to another Boxster for fun days and a Macan as my daily driver.
I collected the new 718 Boxster from Porsche Solihull two weeks ago and after only a few hundred miles, am delighted to have my fifth Boxster.
Once again its a Black car, has Sports Exhaust, Chrono, Multi Function Wheel, Carrera Classic Alloys, Partial Leather Seats so looks to be quite a good specification.
Looking forward to meeting a few Boxster owners next month at the PGCB Christmas Gathering at Bicester.
Not sure if this is tongue in cheek comment or serious as we regularly tour in our Boxster for 2-3 weeks at a time across most of Europe. If it starts to rain simply drive faster of slow down a bit to around 30mph and put the hood up.IainCameron said:Nice car Ian but not sure about using it for a long tour because of the hood arrangement. I guess you just have to plan ahead a bit more when touring looking for those rain clouds. Cheers.
PS: BTW this site is bad when attempting to upload photos etc or even update or reply to a post I am confused, as always! This site has been like this since day one. Grump over.
