Blockley Tyres

I see that Blockley tyres are advertising, in the latest Porsche Post, 185 /70 VR 15 tyres. I need to replace all four tyres on my 1975 911S and at £139 +VAT each they represent a considerable saving to the £255 + VAT for the Michelin XWX ones. I only buy a decent set of tyres to go on cars but the difference in price really stands out! I can find only a very few "reviews" of Blockley tyres on the internet and they all seem positive but none for the VR type . Has anyone out there any experience of these tyres?
Thanks

Hi David

The advert is along side my article on the Clubs 356.

The tyres on the 356 have now covered approx 500 miles (driven by me) and I have to report that they have performed well in both wet and dry conditions.

Give Blockley a call , I am sure they will be only too pleased to give you all the info you require.

Have fun

Paul Kelley

Thanks Paul (enjoyed your article on the 356 in PP!)
Spoke to Blockley who say that the size I want will only be available from next week and it will be their first batch. This explains why there have been no "reviews" of this type of tyre
Rgds David
