Guys,
Not sure if this is the right place to ask (I did do a search for bird lime but did not find anything!). Recently had a bird release it's nuclear breakfast on my bonnet, unfortunately I did not return back to the car all day, and of course it was a nice dry, warm day, so the lime was well cooked in [
]. Once I got home, I did the "hot wet cloth" trick to safely remove the bird lime, but it has burnt into the polish and I suspect the paint as well.
I have tried gentle t-cutting with the coloured type T-cut (Dark Grey to match my Seal Grey paintwork) and it has improved, but at certain angles it is still very evident [&o].
Any idea's?
Paul
