big thanks to zcacogp and massive humble pie for me!!

Swepco is a cheap industrial lubricant designed for heavy factory machinery gearboxes. It moved from there to being used for tanks, and was all the rage for 944's a while back.

I've heard very mixed reports of it, and would choose something designed for the job in hand in my car.
