Best place to sell upgraded S2

Hello,

I have decided to sell my 91 S2, question is where would be the best place to sell it?

Its a 95,000km, LHD, non-sunroof, non-washer jets example with 8" refurbed D90's all round, A/C, bridge spoiler...

I've probably spent 6k on it just this year (water pump, wishbones, belts, master/slave cylinders, koni sports shocks, lowered, CS wheel, braided hoses, replaced the dash (was cracked) etc) it has all the normal full sports exhaust, chipped etc.

Its with me in Brussels although i bought it in the UK as a Jap import (zero rust, very clean), i was thinking there might be a market for it back in the UK as a potential track car, being a factory sunroof delete etc.

Any suggestions? i'd rather not sell it here as the specialist sites are rare and then theres the language barrier....

Thanks for the advice

Graham

Surely a LHD car will have a much bigger market in Europe - particularly one with a top spec. It would be a shame to make yours into a track car, and a very expensive way of building one unless you're giving it away....

The euro is still quite strong, so UK cars seem like a bargain. I believe a lot of LHD uk cars have been moving back to mainland europe recently. If it were me I'd try to find a way of advertising/selling it in Germany

It sounds a nice example but very few people would want a LHD in the UK so the value would be way down. I'm no expert but I bet you would struggle to get half of the £6k you said you've paid on maintenence this year.

You could try http://www.mobile.de/home/index.html?lang=en there's currently 266 944's for sale of various specs and prices. There's language translations into various European languages and a basic simple advert is free.
