I read this a few weeks back. He certainly stuck his neck above the parapet but has received a lot of respect from fellow motoring journalists for doing so.

Notwithstanding Harris, what the press says about cars is often funny. Remember what they said about the 964 RS... And then how long did it take Clarkson to *start* "mastering" a powerslide?
My personal favourite, when it comes to describe the handling of a car, is Mark Hales (he writes in Octane and wrote in Circuit Driver when I had the subscription). I have yet to read a better translation of the complexities of car handling in words.

In defence of fezza, they have not sold out to the mass market and have kept close to their origins ...... the FF lovely all round eventer and a genuine departure to a well thought out market still retaining the essence of the marque.
Yes agree manipulating test drives not good .... but do we see a big fezza 4x4, big fezza saloon car ... or is the cynical marketing releasing held back ugrades to lure buyers back to the showroom to ave their trousers taken down and get a good teutonic sha66ing by the well rehearsed salesfuhere, explaining why the gen 3.2 is not as good as the gen 3.3 because the turbo slightly larger or it has a commenerative plaque from 1955 celebrating old Dr P 4 cam engine .......
The Porsche Marque IMHP was never aimed at the the prancing horse from the beginning, peoples sport car was the remit of the day .... they have made it a reluctant supercar .......
