You will have all seen that the Regional and Register reports in Post have been drastically cut down recently following a survey of members as to what they wanted to read each month. Originally we could have 300 words and 3 photographs but last year this was cut to 100 words and 2 photographs. Our submission for Porsche Post has now been further reduced to 50 words and 1 photograph, hence information in future can be found on line via The Forum, MailChimp Newsletter, Facebook and latterly our What’s App Groups.
Past Events
14th June – Cars & Coffee – The Mill at St Catherines. As usual a big turnout and a variety of sports and classic cars attended.
21st June - Supercar Sunday – Ancient Oak, Cottam. Quite a large turnout of a variety of sports and classic cars attended.
28th June Cars & Coffee – The Villa Wrea Green. Due to poor weather and other events on the same day, numbers were down at this monthly event
5th July – Ian Simmonds organised drive and lunch starting at The Phantom Winger, Broughton and finishing at Hamish’s between Gisburn and Barrowford. Ian will prepare a full report about the event later.

Wednesday 15th July Monthly Meeting – Garstang Golf Club – 19.30 Last month we had professional photographer Sean Conboy on the car park guiding us how to take better photographs of our cars. This month he will be going through the photographs members took on that night and explain how they may be improved.
Thursday 16th July Cars & Coffee, Bridge House Farm Tea Rooms, Wray, between Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale. Gates open at 14.00 and close at dusk, with cars that came early leaving at about 17.30 and new ones arriving then. Excellent Hog Roast. Several hundred a sports, classic and rally cars attend this monthly event."
