April 28th 2019 R7 Visit to McLaren Leeds

Hi Roger

Can you add Jayne and I for MacKenzie Smohouse please. We are already in your list for Maclaren/bacon butties.

All the best

David Beatson

Hi,

If there are places available for the visit please put me down, plus one (so 2 for bacon butties please)

Not sure about afterwards yet.

Cheers,

Andy

Hi Chris and Gill in particular

The caterers can cater for half a dozen vegetarians so please tell me if I should put you down for one Gill?

Roger

Hi Mark and Roger

thanks for organising this, and can you please put Jane and me down, for both bacon sandwiches at McLaren and for lunch at the Smokehouse.

Thank you

Graham and Jane

I’m pleased that you’re joining us. Your names are on the list.

I hope your shoulder is recovering well.

Hi Steve

I’m delighted that you’ll be joining us and I’ve added you and a guest to the list.

Regards

Roger

Hi Doug

I’ve added you and Marlies to the list. Please tell me if you required bacon sandwiches (a limited number of a vegan alternative will be available). Please also tell me if you wish to have lunch at Mackenzies SmokeHouse after a run of about 30 miles. If you don’t require either there is no need to respond.

Regards

Roger

Hi Roger,

Thanks

Yes please to the bacon butties and we'd like to do the run and have lunch at the smokehouse as well.
