Anyone thinking of selling their 968 Coupe or Sport?

:ROFLMAO: Let me know anyway Pete, I've got a big turbo, some new forged rods and a 2.7 head I could plonk on it. (Which is really what you should be doing [;)])

Do you want to sell me your turbo stuff then Paul?[;)]. Also, I went out for a drive in it today for the first time in months and, guess what? It was the mutz nutz mate! I totally loved it!![8D][8D]

Guys, this thread is supposed to be about trying to help Daren find/buy a 968, so can you please take your chat elsewhere, thanks.

HI Daren have you been looking at PISTONHEADS web site and AUTO TRADER I have seen a red coupe for ÂŁ19900 at JZ in Kings Langley, why not ring Ninex in Maidenhead and EMC in Saltley nr Birmingham they usually know of 968's for sale and finally advertise through the PCGB Porsche Post wanted columns lets know if you need any info on the PCGB club rgds Ken Coad 968 reg sec email coadspeed@btinternet.com

Yes Ken I called JZ a couple of days ago and sadly the GR car has been sold. I have spoken to a small dealer near me called Mr911 who tells me that he is getting a Sport in next week. I will try the others that you mention thank you for the advice.

Don't spoil my plans of building that 3.0 turbo engine one day Pete [:D]. Stop neglecting the 968 and give it a good thrashing once a week, then if you get bored with it stick the turbo on.

Yes, that is still an option Paul [8D]! Iv'e just got a thing about Caterham's is all mate. Maybe I could have both [8D][8D]!!
I didn't know you were a moderator now Chris'?
PCGB? Here we go again.....blah,blah,blah!

I've had fast bikes a lot longer than cars, and I'd imagine a Caterham is similar. Great when conditions/roads suit them but the rest of the time just not much fun. If I could only have one toy it would be something like a Noble [8D].

Now yer talking mate [8D]!! But, I guess we should save that talk for another thread Paul, we're supposed to be helping Daren find himself a '68 on this one ! I have already spoken to Daren by pm. Sorry for hijacking your thread mate [:D].

Well, this all seems to have gone a bit quiet [8|]. Any joy yet Daren? Have you found one mate? [:)]. After a brilliant "ragging" in my '68 to the Silverstone Classic and back again, I am now totally in love with Him again and, Caterham's are in the dim and distant past (thanks Paul [8D][:D])!! Said '68 is now defo' NOT for sale! Now, off to 968uk to dig out that Turbo build thread!! [8D][s3]

Not yet but am hols until Sat evening, unfortunately will miss the meet up at Goodwood which looks like a good opportunity to meet owners and work out which one is best. Do like the GR but am in no hurry so happy to wait for the right car. Someone on 968 said a red CS was parked up at PCGB at Silverstone with a for sale sign so hoping to find out details of it if I can
