Gents,
I have won a set of BMW wheels on E Bay, 4 x Schnitzer 17" with tyres, the seller has now decided that he does not have the time to pack them for the courier to pick up,he stated in the advert that he would send by courier he is now saying they can be picked up Sunday evening in person he will no doubt know i am from the other end of the country.
The truth be known, he is trying to back out of the sale and has asked me to cancel my "winning bid" i suspect he did not get the price he was hoping for but did not put a reserve on them.
Would any one be willing to pick them up if they are local and i would then send a courier, i know i am putting someone on the spot but worth the ask.
I have replied to him explaining i will not cancel my "winning bid" and he has entered a legally binding contract with me, i have also asked him if he will have the time to pack and send the numerous other car related items that he has for sale should someone have a winning bid.
He works 6 x 12 hour shifts a week apparently as well as running his E Bay empire................Busy Fella [:-]
Anyone else had this hassle ?
