Any1 heard of a Porsche Cayenne Concept 560 ?

Hi,
Have seen a Porsche Cayenne Concept 560 a couple of months ago & was wondering if anyone knows anything about these or where they are produced?

It was like the 1 on this site;

Funny you should show that pic, saw a black KN with the same body kit but with orange bonnet, rear tailgate section & black wheels with an orange pinstripe to the rims on Thursday morning just off Apex Corner roundabout on the A1...maybe the same model but different colour..... was a bit 'in your face' but kinda cool [;)] ... and much better with the black
