AndrewJB's 981 Cayman S tinkering thread

So I'm back from a 2257 mile round trip UK > France > Belgium > Germany (Schumacher private collection, Sinsheim auto museum & Porsche factory tour) > Austria > Italy (Ducati, Lamborghini, Ferrari) > Switzerland > Germany > Belgium > France > UK.

Apart from a TPMS fault car was spot on! done it on 4.5 tanks which I make out to be roughly 500 miles per tank!

It's not Concorde it's a Tupolev TU-144 from Soviet Union.. there is however a Air France Concorde behind it.

It's in Germany

Took the car down the Gtechniq UK HQ today (its only 23 miles from home), when I purchased it from OPC I stupidly opted for the dealer ceramic coating for the first time, previously I have got local detailers to do it after collection. however I have never been happy with the prep work that the OPC did, swirling under the ceramic etc so Gtechniq invited me down for them to have a look, they agree the prep work hasn't been done "properly" so I have now shown the OPC and am awaiting a comeback. Gtechniq treated it to a full decontamination wash and top up of C2! thought might as well get some pics!
