Classic and Vintage Vehicles of all shapes and sizes we are told will be gathering at Lionheart Station in Alnwick, Northumberland. This event will be running alongside an Aln Valley Railway open day so train rides will be available, both the Museum and Café will also be open on the day.
R3 has being invited to show at this two day event and Deb and I wondered if there would be any interest in attending on the Sunday from our members.
I get the impression that it will be a fairly low key event and the organisers are looking to add some extra interest.
Alnwick, one of the finest towns in our region, has some great driving roads to and from and I for one don't need too much of an excuse to pop up for the day and socialise with like minded enthuasists, so if you would like to be involved, park your car as part of their display and perhaps even take a train ride, visit their museum or just chill at the onsite café please add your interest to this thread.
The organisers have a relaxed 20+ age limit (that's cars - not drivers!) but are happy to squeeze in any newer "models of interest, particularly exotics"
