Alloy wheel refurb recommendations

Hi All,

I need some Bx 986 550 Spyder anniversary edition wheels refurbing in the 2-tone colours of seal grey and GT silver and I’m looking for somewhere willing to undertake the job.

The 2-tone aspect seems to put people off…

I’ve previously used Matt at auto-smart repairs in Bedford for changing my GTS satin arum wheels to gloss arum (and he did a great job of those!), but he won’t take these on sadly.

Any suggestions in Beds / Cambs (st Neots / Huntingdon / Barhill areas) much appreciated.

Have also approached supreme wheels in MK but they won’t quote without seeing the wheels and getting to them during working hours mon - Fri is tricky.

Thanks in advance.
Jason

I have used ACE Finish in Godmanchester for many years now, for all types of finish. They do 2 colours. If you want specific colours they can do them, but it be extra cost to their standard colours. My son had GT silver on his 986 wheels

Thanks greatly both Gents.

I’ve contacted ACE in godmanchester as it’s not far from my Partners place so I can pop in easily.

Will come back here with feedback once the wheels are done.

Just ordered replacement centre caps also as the Porsche crest on the originals is badly faded and with elements of the coloured segments missing. Only £30 for a set of 4 from caps direct
