Airbag warning light

I have a situation where the airbag warning light and the central warning light remain lit after starting the car and stay on for about 5 minutes before both going out. My local garage has run a diagnostic check and it is reporting a fault in the airbag module - 'Code 19 Airbag Warning Light'. They are trying to find out further information on this particular fault but I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience of this problem or can point me in the direction of where we can find further information about what this Code 19 fault refers to?
