Hi folks,
just felt I should share🙂
I’ve had my 2021 GTS since purchased from my Porsche dealership on 14/06/2024. Serviced and MOT there since. Yesterday It had a major service following agreed club discount and an additional aircon treatment @£47.00 The total should have been £1582.87 but on closer inspection of the invoice it showed £1591.63!
I had not noticed this because for some strange reason the report showed that the tyre pump was missing! Which I have never had cause to use and just assumed it was there when I purchased the car, indeed the sealant was there! I have sent an email to the person who I dealt with for an explanation but honestly this has rather dulled my respect for the dealership given I have been a regular customer and am expecting to extend my warranty for a further year next month. Any thoughts? Thanks. Stuart.

I wouldn’t worry about a £9 extra on your bill. Did you buy from the PC and did they do a 111 point check when you bought the car? If so I’d ask them nicely to supply the inflator free of charge.
I’ve built up a very good relationship with the service department of my local PC and it has paid dividends. I certainly wouldn’t fall out over a £9 bill or a missing inflator

So you're complaining over an additional £9.... really. I get if the inflator was missing and I'd speak to service about it but come on!

Hi. Thanks for the replies and points taken. I should clarify that I have not complained but respectfully replied to the service personnel in a cordial and friendly manner in which I agreed to get back to them if the pump could not be found. I know it’s not the end of the world and appreciate the sage comments.

Wasn't the pump an option on cars of that era?

Might want to check your came with one in the first place - OPC should be able to confirm the options it was ordered with - a quick google suggests it was option 1G8
