Advice on refitting throttle body.

Hi,

I checked the factory manuals and they didn't cover this, I'd be grateful if you could help me with:

a) Should I lubricate the new O ring that fits between the throttle body and inlet manifold, I'm thinking dielectric silicone grease (my 944 turbo has no catalyst and the silicone grease should not attack whatever rubber the O ring is made from)?

b) How far do I tighten the joint, until the two flange faces are touching? or up to a certain torque?
