Ace Cafe 2012 meet?

Is anyone up for a bit of a 944 meet at one of the Porsche evenings at the Ace sometime this year?

They're on the last Monday of every month, from 7ish till late.

If enough people are interested I'd perhaps suggest aiming for a time when the evenings are a bit longer, but perhaps a little bit before/after the peak of summer when the car park can get a bit full early on meaning that on street parking is necessary for late comers.

For anyone that has not been to the Ace before, it is on the North Circular and it's a good excuse to stand around perving at all sorts of Porsches, eating some pretty decent cafe grub or leaning against the bar nattering.
 
I'd be up for this too. I like any destination as any excuse to drive my car! We could use that tool Oli suggested in the 30th Anniversary thread in order to choose a date that maximised attendance. My car is down at RPM for the next few weeks and I am on holiday after that so won't be able to get there for about a month, but since this goes on throughout the year we can probably have more than one turnout!
 
There will be 15-20 924's there this Saturday if anyone fancies joining us? We go there every year in March as a season opener. All welcome in a 924 or not. We've had people in 944's and others turn up previously. Someone though it would be good to turn up in his Scania tractor unit 2 years ago becuase his 924 was off the road!

Looks like we have two front-runner dates, one in the spring (April 23rd) and one in Autumn (September 24th). Any reason why we can't do both? I'd be happy to do 2 or 3.
 
The Ace Porsche night is every month, so no reason for not doing more than one? I have another commitment on a Monday, which is a shame as it's a great venue.

So far April (except for Mike) and September are looking popular, so perhaps those would be good ones to do, they're nicely spaced so should be plenty of catching up to do.
