997 Turbo Gen 1 hot starting problem

My car as above starts fine cold but when warm it takes a lot to start it - the emergency tiptronic light illuminates and it starts, runs no problem. I changed the battery, had the starter motor refurbed, battery cables checked and it still is reluctant to start. Anyone else had a similar episode?


 
Could be a temperature sensor issue.
Are you able to read out the DME error memory or to read the temperature sensors values ?
