996 1999 (Glass Window) Side Flap Sticking

Another question please
The side flap on the left side is sticking - like it need Lubricant
It does work eventualy but of course its stopping the roof coming up
Spring looks clean and OK May be micro switch is on its way out but cant find anything on YouTube
Does this have anything to do with Roof Hydraulic Fluid MAY be low
(Windows not dropping waiting for parts)
