hi all
new to the PCGB forums, I have a 964RS with A RUF RCT conversion carried out when it was new, the thing is fab. I am looking at putting new wheels on it, 993rsspeedlines 8x 18 and 10 x18 front and rears, I have had a look at loads of 64RS's but not seen any with these wheels on them, can any one see any problems fitting these? I tried to get some 18"964 cup speedlines but there seems to be none around at the moment,H&s site have sold the only ones around

Russ,
I have a 964RS "special wishes" car which came from the factory with body coloured 18" Speedline for Porsche wheels fitted, 8" Fr 9.5" Rear.

I know there is a lot of talk about not fitting 18" wheels to a 964 but this is how mine left the factory!

Your car sounds fascinating by the way....
Cheers,
Kevin.

call me on 07802595444 re wheels , I may be able to help

Lee,
basically you ask for it and Porsche will do it for a price! Virtually anything is possible if your prepared to pay. This is still the case today at Porsche. Colour to sample interior to sample etc So you want a speedster with a hard top (964) with a magenta interior and mettalic green exterior? etc check out the hard topped speedster resident in the US that was built entirely under special wishes, was in 911 PW a few years ago that will give you an idea of what can be done.

thanks for your help guys, will call james thursday, my car is also a special wishes car in a one off yellow colour, and numerours other special specs
Lee I am located in the high wycombe area

Coincidently I bought a set of split rims off a guy also called Russ in Chatham.

Kasbridge ...what is the code for the split rims?. The code found on the Sticker.
