The PCGB 993 register has issued the following information - Potential wiring loom problem in certain 993 models.
It states that costs are bourne by Porsche cars if your car falls into this category.
Anyone with a 993 1994/95/96? to contact Stephen at Agnews service boucher road and he will clarify if your vehicle falls into this category. They will ask you for your chassis No so have it at hand. George McMillan has been comunicating this message to owners as well. Hope this is of benefit regards Alan

Due to a number of concerned owners contacting me today please be aware that this is NOT A NEW recall but the same one which I have been communicating to owners for a number of years. Of course for peace of mind you can still contact your OPC with your chassis number or me if you want and it can be rechecked.

I had my 94 car in Agnew's for its annual service two weeks ago and this was picked up and done..

I understand they have upgraded their computer system and now have direct access to Porsche AG's system, which has shown up this recall..

This must be the case with all GB main dealers as my car has been with them many times since 2002 and this had not been done?

That said, thanks guys for keeping us updated..[:D]
