Am about to tackle a clean of the inside of my headlights (looks simple enough to take out - famous last words!) and thought I would check if anyone has upgraded their bulbs recently and if there are any recommendations. No, I don't want to go down the root of HID but would like to improve the light quality as much as is possible. There seems to be an array of different bulbs but every time I look there is always something else or someone promising more. Any advise and recommendations would be appreciated

Hi. Thanks for the information which I will have a read through. I may be mistaken but I was under the impression that a retro fitted HID system might an MOT failure - will check the MOT rules again. My intention is to try an keep the car standard in terms of its fitments hence why just wanted to try and maximise the bulb type.
thank you again for your response

Mine have never failed the MOT and 993's have headlight Washer too and the headlights are identical as the factory HID ones look as they have projectors lenses
There are no modifications to the headlights and can easily be changed back as quickly as you fitted them
Watch the install video on their website
