Beware they need to remove and replace the roof to do it and therefore it will take the best part of a days labour, so expect to pay around half the price of fitting a new roof i.e. £500(the labour content) so you will need to givesome serious thought to just replacing the whole thing.
Alternatively if its rotting threads and a few inches of window that have let go or a corner or two, maybe try buying the appropriate heavy duty needle and thread of ebay or somewhere, or see if they will patch repair in situ.
