An Italian database member is organising a 3 day driving trip to Tuscany for his Italian 964 RS friends and has very kindly extended the invitation to all database members. The trip will take place on 22nd, 23rd and 24th May (plus a couple of days each way for us UK guys). If anybody is interested here is a draft itinerary he has sent me:
Thursday evening arrival in Florence.
Friday morning at 9 am meeting at the Villa Olmi Hotel, 9.30 am (Path1) to the Maremma sea coast (Bolgheri), lunch at a beach fish restaurant, return to hotel, dinner (free in Florence or at the hotel) and overnight
Saturday morning at 9 am meeting at Villa Olmi Hotel, 9:30 am (Path 2) transfer to the Chianti and Val d'Orcia region, lunch on the slopes of Mount Amiata, driving to Radicofani and S. Casciano dei Bagni return to the hotel, dinner (free) and overnight
Sunday morning at 9 am meeting at Villa Olmi Hotel, 9:30 am (Path 3) transfer to Mugello, if possible pop into the circuit to see what's there, ride on the scenery Mugello area on secondary roads, lunch and end of the event.
