Hi All

Any advice please as i'm now at my wits end. []

Replaced the Thermofan switch, which i was told would be the problem, still no fans kicking in & getting extremely hot.

Help Help Help, needed please ??? [:(]

Paul,

make sure you don't have any air in the system. If you can be sure of that, checkout the "twin relay" in fuse box. Fans can also turn on just connecting a jumper wire to terminals in the thermoswitch plug- It's a three terminal one and two terminals are + for each fan and iicrc center terminal is -.

Does your slow fan work when you put the AC on?
Rules out fan motors (well one of them) and if you were to disable the AC (assuming you can) then you have a fan overide switch which will help in traffic.

Paul it's the relay after fitting new thermo switch to the radiator, and proving the fan switches on with AC, all points to relay.

Thermo switch & relay both replaced & still over heating... [][][]

This is starting to p**s me off now !!! []

What could be wrong ? As it's now going to Tom Ferguson's on Monday !!!
