The rear box is blowing on my 924 can anyone tell me if it is best to replace with an original or I think that I have read some where about an Audi exhaust fitting and providing better airflow??

If anyone is aware of this can you tell me what audi exhaust to purchase and is it a straight fit??

Cheers

Neil

Not heard of that before, but EuroCarParts do good prices on these, and have a look at the top of the 944 forum for details of a 10% discount.

Fit the Porsche rear box. I have never heard of an Audi rear section. There is an Audi derived CENTRE section which does in my opinion offer slighty less restricted flow, which fits in place of the catalytic converter where the latter is not required by state legislature.

Thanks for the advice just bought new brake discs, pads and rear box from Euro car parts. With the discount it came to the same price as the rear box on its own £100 from Porsche spares.

Cheers
