I' ve just had a phone call from a member who wants to sell his 89 Speedster.
It will be advertised in next months magazine but I thought I' d post the details here first.

It has just over 1,100 miles on the clock! yes 1,100 miles and would make the perfect base for a future concours winner.

The asking price is £39,950, bear in mind that a very similar car sold last year for £45,000 so this represents good value.

The owner Russell Manoy can be contacted on 01483 715720 or email ramanoy@yahoo.co.uk, he is located in Hertfordshire.

Come and join the fun Register!!!!

Hi,

Just a quick suggestion for Russell in case there are not any potential buyers in the UK....

I have just returned back from Singapore and was pretty suprised at how many Porsches I came across considering how they are taxed so heavily on car purchases!

Maybe Russell could contact the Official Porsche Club in Singapore and ask if they have any members who would be interested in his car? They certainly like rare cars over there and all cars are RHD....( + the minor fact that that there are some very wealthy car collectors there too...!)

Other RHD countries include. Cyprus, Malayasia etc..

This was one of my reasons for buying a LHD drive car a bigger market to sell back too when the need arises.

Just a helpful thought and good luck with the sale!

(details I found on the net for Porsche Club Singapore...)
