Is the interior made of dog hair?

Love the old skool alarm sensors on the dashboard!

I'm intrigued what kind of storage will protect the paintwork so well but also means that the rear seats become soaked if the sunroof is open?

It may be a damp (and rusty) 944, an auto at that, but don't worry, the cruddy plate is worth a grand, so the car's almost free :ROFLMAO:

3 Alarms - why???

Actually very common. You buy a Porsche in the '80s, it comes with a factory alarm. Those of us old enough to remember the early '80s will have memories of the crazy insurance premiums for flash cars, Cosworth being a perfect example. If you had a high-risk car then you would quite likely have fitted a better system.

Scroll forward to the '90s, and alarms had moved on. Insurers often required the latest system on high-group cars, so a few hundred on a new alarm would pay for itself in premium reductions. You now have three systems; two of which are probably installed with wires bound with gaffer tape, and great holes in the bulkhead.

And we wonder why the cars leak, and we get so many alarm/immobiliser issues! [8|]

Is the interior made of dog hair?

Far tougher than that! [:D]

To be fair, there is no way you'll ever wear those seats out. Probably not comfortable on bare skin, so don't drive in your speedos. I'd imagine they have pretty good grip, far better than slidy leather or vinyl seats of the period.

Its not mine, i just sawe the ad & thought what can £2k buy..it look a good buy to me, (once checked over) £2k for a porsche !! ok, maybe £500 tidy up .. I know some pay £3k+ for a paint job !!!!!! [:D]
