718 / PCM 4.0

I’m having issues with my PCM 4.0.
My car is a late 2024 718 Cayman.
The screen keeps going blank. It’s under warranty & the OPC has agreed to replace it.
The problem is they say it needs to be coded to my car (fair enough), but they keep telling me they’re unable to get a delivery date from Germany, & are unable to provide a reason why!
I’m getting the feeling they’re reluctant to push to get this resolved with any vigour.
Anyone else had a problem with the PCM unit 4.0, or had one replaced under warranty? OR had any similar issues with obtaining a replacement from Germany.
Thanks, Tony.

If parts are on back order, the time it takes for them to arrive is anyone’s guess unfortunately. Of the car is still drivable then get the car back and ask them to give you a call when the new PCM is back in stock.
