I am looking to protect the underside of the car for a classic car overland adventure in South East Asia.
I have seen what Tuthill have to offer but there sump guard is designed for serious rallies such as the East African Safari.
Ideally I would like something less 'industrial'.

Does anyone know of an alternative to the Tuthill guards?

Nick beat me to it. Prepfab. Seems to me you either protect the underside or you don't. I do not think there is a half way house. You might also consider a guard for under your fuel tank.
