3rd brake light removal

Hi, I have cracked the plastic front of the 3rd brake light on my MY 2018 Macan. I am hoping to replace it myself but can’t find instructions as to how to remove the old one. There is an on line video that refers to an instruction manual, but I can’t find it anywhere.
Can anyone help?
