265/35 v 265/40

Hi All...

Recent purchase of a 2016 981 2.7 PDK with 20" Carrera S wheels using Goodyear 235/35 & 265/35.

Need to replace all tyres, so two questions:
1. Brand - Pirelli, Michelin etc
2. Size - 265/35 or 265/40

Thoughts, experience and recommendations welcome.

Thought the sized where 235/35 265/35 on a 20" well mine are this size ..depends if you have a warranty still on the car in which case you need N rated .I have Pirelli and would not replace them with same brand .Michelin PS4S seems the tyre choice at the moment all round good wet tyre for the Scottish weather .Have heard good reports on Goodyears /Continentals .Have MPS2 N2 on 19" on another Porsche and would replace with MPS4S I believe they now make MPS5S .hope this helps
