Hi

Due to get the first service on my 992.2 Carrera. I live in London and have heard that the costs vary wildly across OPC's.

The nearest one is Porsche West London which is 1580, Reading are 1300. I can easily drive to others within 60 mile range.

Quality is also important

Some years ago I called Porsche GB asking about service prices at their retail units, all except West London were the same and West London was much more expensive. The operator said they set their own pricing..

Suggest you phone several OPCs for quotes as prices vary significantly and those owned by Porsche Retail Group are generally the most expensive and price does not correlate to quality !

Porsche Retail Group OPCs told me they do not give a PCGB discount for service work. The discount for parts now also varies, between no discount and upto 10% max, depending on the OPCs margin on the part being purchased !!!

It's rather hidden away on the club website, but some OPC's offer 25% discount on servicing costs. For the sake of a slightly longer drive, it's possible to save a fair amount.

I think Porsche Newport came in at £950 for my 24mnth 1st service (back in March 2026) on a C4GTS. They offer 10% on parts but not oil so they told me so negligible discount.

edit: it may have been £1050.

Hi
Had my first service march this year in my 992.1 and saved 50% over reading Porsche by using Bournemouth Porsche with a macan provided for the day to swan about in! Well worth the journey
