2.7 brake problem ?

Hi

Has anybody had any problems with their brakes ?

My 2.7's brakes always grind on the first stop after the car has been stood for a few hours. The sound is similar to when you have rust on the discs but happens irrespective of rust on the discs or not, dry or wet makes no difference either.
