1987 D Reg 2.5 16v For Sale (Scrapper for parts)

Shame it has to be broken was thinking of making an offer and trying to get it back on the road being as its an S, but no matter.

Alasdair are the clutches on the S different with them being the 16v engine? Either way could you PM me a price for the complete rear wiper

Hi Paul, give me a ring on 07515 899 500 and I'll have a chat about the car. I don't like scrapping them unless they are too bad!

Tried a bit of easy start early on with the car and it burst straight in to life. I doubt many cars would do that after 13 years. Someone must have been in France as the headlights have yellow bulbs in them. Engine osunds sweet as a nut but I think the fuel pump is goosed.

Just back from tonights gig and the good lady is in hospital (unexpected overnight stay, nothing to serious hopefully) but I'll give you a bell tomorrow Alasdair at some point.

While were on the subject of parts would a set of single piston front calipers from a 944S fit a 2.5 8v? there's a set on ebay close to me and should I stay with the current car thinking of refurbing them and slotting them on, they look ever so slightly different to the ones I have.

Looked at the picture on the auction more closely and it appears he's listing rear ones as front ones [&:]

If I get time I'll give you call Later Alasdair, don't think buying this one as a project is going to be a goer sadly, to much other work on the moment but there are a few things I could do with should you have them.
